Our Sheringham Office enjoys a prominent position in Station Road, in the centre of this popular coastal town, where prospective purchasers are able to find us easily. From here we offer a personal and friendly service to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property in the area.
When you instruct Keys to sell your property in the Sheringham area you will be dealing with the longest established Estate Agents in the town. Consequently, we are able to offer an unrivalled level of local knowledge, which we believe to be so important when selling property to applicants from other parts of the country.
The office is managed by Clive Hedges. Clive was born in Sheringham, and has been with Keys for all of his professional career totalling some 30 years, and is a Partner of the company. He was educated at Paston Grammar School and studied Property Valuation at Norwich City College. He became manager of the Sheringham Office in 1981 and was awarded a Fellow of the National Asociation of Estate Agents in 1988.
Clive is joined by Paul Winterbourne who was also born in Sheringham and attended Paston Grammar School. Paul joined the Sheringham Office in 1991 and was awarded a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1994.
Clive and Paul are joined by Gayle Baxter, who has lived in Sheringham since she was two! Gayle joined Keys in 1986 and is our receptionist and secretary. The final member of our property team is Barry Smith who has been with us now for five years having previously worked as a local detective within the Police. Barry carries out most of our accompanied viewings in addition to other property related duties.
