
Based in our Norwich Office, our Residential Letting & Property Management Department are
able to assist if either you are a landlord with a property to let or a tenant looking for a
property to rent.
Given the locations of our offices we are able to assist in a wide geographic area from Norwich to
the North Norfolk Coast and many towns and villages in between.
Residential Property Management
Our service to the landlord includes inspection and appraisal of the property for rental suitability
and income, advice on current and forthcoming legislation concerning gas/electric appliances, soft
furnishings, Tenancy Deposit Scheme etc; preparation of property details regular press advertising,
taking up of full references for prospective tenants, preparation of tenancy agreements, collection
of initial rent and deposit and collection of subsequent rents and accounting to landlord.
We can, if required, offer a 'let only' service, which does not include any subsequent management.
The landlord would be responsible for collection of the rent once the tenancy is established and to
deal with any problems that may arise during the tenancy. In addition, it would be the landlord's
responsibility to bring the tenancy to a lawful conclusion by serving appropriate notices and to
undertake interim and end of term inspections.
