Selling property by public auction has, over recent, years proved to be an appropriate method of sale for some types of property and in certain circumstances. Given that we at Keys have been auctioneers and estate agents for over 50 years, we have more experience in this field than most.

Not all types of property are suitable for sale by auction or achieve better results than by other forms of property sale and we would be happy to explain the reasoning behind this statement with a client at the property.

A successful sale needs good pre auction exposure and, more importantly, prospective purchasers either in the room or bidding by telephone. For a purchaser there can be little more satisfying or exhilarating than to acquire a property at auction and we at Keys are working to make the whole auction process an exciting event.
